Why Choose Kraft Paper Processing Outsourcing?

Many manufacturers find themselves in this situation: they already have kraft paper rolls or base materials on hand, but just need one extra step — moisture-proof coating or slitting and cutting — completed. Or their current OEM supplier's quality or lead times have become unreliable, and they need a dependable backup source.

That's exactly what Chia Huang's kraft paper OEM processing service is designed for. Originally a raw paper manufacturer, Chia Huang now has complete roll-processing equipment and 50 years of manufacturing experience, allowing us to process customer-supplied base materials through coating, slitting, rewinding, cutting and more.

You don't need to build an entire supply chain for a single process—just hand your base materials to Flagship.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About Processing Services

What is toll manufacturing? Can I provide materials and have Flagship process them for me?
Yes. Customer-supplied material processing means you provide the base material (such as kraft paper rolls or woven fabric rolls), and Chia Huang uses our equipment to perform kraft paper processing such as coating, slitting, rewinding or cutting, then returns the finished product to you. You don't need to build an entire supply chain from scratch — just outsource the missing step to Chia Huang.
What base materials can lamination processing handle?
Chia Huang's coating process uses PE and PP films, and can process base materials including kraft paper, PE/PP woven fabric, and PE/PP non-woven fabric. For aluminum foil and BOPP film, please contact us first to assess equipment feasibility. For full details, see the Coating page.
Is there a minimum order quantity for processing services?
The quantities we can accommodate depend on the type of processing and the current production schedule — let us know your needs when you inquire, and our sales team will give you a specific answer.
What's the difference between slitting, rewinding, and cutting? Which one do I need?
Slitting cuts a large roll into multiple narrower rolls by width; rewinding re-adjusts the tension and diameter of a roll and removes defective sections; cutting trims material to size into sheets or boards. If you're not sure which you need, just describe your intended use and equipment specs, and our sales team will recommend the right process.
How do you ensure quality control for finished products?
Chia Huang is ISO 9001 certified, with a data-driven, traceable production process. Before mass production begins, we'll confirm the processing specifications with you to reduce the risk of the finished product not meeting expectations.
